Magic of 15
In our fast-paced world, everyone strives for success and increased productivity. However, during a busy day, we often lose valuable minutes unnoticed, impacting our progress toward our goals. When focused, every minute counts. This app is designed to help you stay on track, monitor your progress regularly, and move towards your goals with precision.
How did the magic work?
Here is how the concept developed
The Goal
To be productive like never before!
To enhance user productivity by providing a structured daily planning tool that organizes each hour into 15-minute segments for optimal time management.
Problem Statement
Fishing the minutes
Many people express frustration about not having enough time to pursue their true passions. However, the issue often lies not in the lack of time but in the lack of willingness. If you truly desire something, you can find time for it, even in a busy schedule. This simple app helps you identify and allocate time for what truly matters to you.
Solution
Most easy and effective!
This mobile app breaks down your active hours into 15-minute time slots. For example, if you have 12 active hours, you'll have 48 time slots (12 hours x 4 slots per hour) available to assign specific activities. You can assign an appropriate icon to each time slot for easy scheduling using a simple drag-and-drop feature. Once your day is planned, the app syncs with your calendar and prompts you with simple questions to ensure your day is well-organized. You can mark each slot as "done" or "not done" as time progresses. Over the week, month, or year, you can review the impact of your schedule in a summary view. Tasks can be edited at any time, and you can share your summary with friends and family if you wish to.
The Process
Underline the real need
There are plenty of self-help apps out there in the market but making it simple is not an easy task. To drill down the time slippage that happens unknowingly we monitored the daily routines of many people with varying professions and working models. After evaluating multiple ideas we arrived at the simplest still most effective solution that is welcomed by nine out of ten people. The minimalist iconographic tasks view and easy drag-drop feature was liked by most users.
